The lowest total commission: 3%
Sale
The agency commission when selling property: 3%
(Paid by the seller)
but not less than 1000.00 EUR
Purchase
The agency commission when buying real estate: 1-2%
(Paid by the buyer)
but not less than 500.00 EUR
The commission is paid by the buyer if the contract or the agent received from the buyer a written or verbal order to search for real estate.
